1, deep groove ball bearing with dust cover
There are two types of standard deep groove ball bearings with dust cover, Z type and 2Z type. The type with dust cover on one side is Z type, and the type with dust cover on both sides is 2Z type.
Bearings with dust caps are used under conditions where it is difficult to lubricate alone, and it is inconvenient to set up the lubricating oil circuit and check the situation. The bearing has been filled with a fixed amount and brand of anti-rust and lubrication dual-purpose lithium-based grease in the manufacturer. The amount of grease injected into each set of bearings is usually 1/4 to 1/3 of the effective space in the bearing, and the amount of grease can also be increased or decreased according to user requirements. The injected grease is usually able to ensure the bearing to run under the working condition of -40~+120℃. If users have higher requirements for bearings, they can also be filled with grease with other properties and grades according to the situation. Bearings with dust caps can work effectively for a long time after grease injection, and there is no need to add grease during use.
2, deep groove ball bearing with sealing ring
Standard deep groove ball bearings with seals include contact sealed bearings RS type (seal on one side), 2RS type (sealed on both sides) and non-contact sealed bearings RZ type (sealed on one side), 2RZ type (sealed on both sides).
The performance, grease and application of the bearing with sealing ring are basically the same as those of the bearing with dust cover. The difference is that there is a large gap between the dust cover of the bearing with a dust cover and the inner ring, while the gap between the sealing lip of the non-contact sealing ring bearing and the inner ring is very small. There is no gap between the inner rings, and the sealing effect is good, but the friction is increased.
Where low noise is required, smaller size deep groove ball bearings of 60 and 62 series are often used. Regardless of open bearings, bearings with dust caps or bearings with seals, low noise and low vibration requirements can be put forward when ordering. In my country's JB (Machinery Industry Standard), the allowable values of vibration in the low, medium and high frequency bands of each vibration level of V1, V2, and V3 are specified. SKF can also provide ultra-low noise bearings, which are marked with the rear code QE5.
3. Deep groove ball bearings with stop grooves and with stop rings
The standard deep groove ball bearing with a stop groove, the rear code is N, the rear code of the bearing with a stop groove and a stop ring is NR, in addition to ZN, ZNR and other structural variants.
Bearings with stop grooves and stop rings have the function of deep groove ball bearings that can withstand radial loads. The stop ring can limit the axial displacement of the bearing, simplify the axial structure of the bearing seat and reduce the axial size.
Bearings with stop grooves and stop rings are mostly used in working parts such as automobiles and tractors where the axial load is not large.
4. Deep groove ball bearings with a gap for loading
The standard type of deep groove ball bearings with ball notches are available in 200 and 300 diameter series. This kind of bearing has gaps on the inner and outer rings on one side of the bearing, and more balls can be loaded through the opening, so that the radial load carrying capacity of the bearing is larger than that of the standard deep groove ball bearing. However, the axial load capacity is small, and it cannot run at high speed. If there is a large axial load, it generally needs to be used in conjunction with a set of ordinary deep groove ball bearings.
The deep groove ball bearing with ball notch has many structural variants. The structural variant with dust cover has the same advantages as the basic dust cover bearing, and the bearing can be used for a long time after a single injection of lithium grease. The structural variant with stop groove and stop ring is often used in automobile gearboxes, which can limit the axial displacement of the bearing in a limited space, and can use a smaller size bearing under the condition of not large axial load. Withstand large radial loads.
5, double row deep groove ball bearing
The standard double row deep groove ball bearing is 4200A, 4300A type. Type A bearings have no ball gaps. Two reinforced nylon cages are inserted from both sides of the bearing. In addition to having a radial load carrying capacity 1.62 times higher than that of single row deep groove ball bearings, double row deep groove ball bearings can also bear axial loads.
